Educational Qualification

• Minimum Graduation or equivalent from an HEC-recognized local or international university/college/institute.
• Master's degree, LLB and/or HR certifications will be preferred.

Experience

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Human Resources.
• Experience in a similar role within the financial sector will be preferred.

Skills & Knowledge

• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Effective team-player
• Service-oriented approach
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
• Understanding of HR functions

Key Responsibilities

• Review complaints and initiate fact-finding activities on the recommendation of the Unit/Wing Head.
• Assist in formal investigations requiring detailed assessment and review of initial reports.
• Follow up with designated Investigation Officers to ensure findings and reports are submitted within the defined TAT.
• Conduct initial scrutiny of investigation reports and identify gaps or raise queries for clarification.
• Prepare and process formal Office Notes for assignment and closure of investigations.
• Forward final investigation reports to the concerned department for necessary action.
• Maintain accurate and updated MIS for case tracking.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor.
