💼 Key Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly deposit targets, including NTBs and ETBs, with a focus on CASA.

• Achieve assigned cross-functional targets.

• Improve customer service TATs through prompt handling of complaints and enquiries.

• Ensure branch efficiency by improving QA, FTC and audit performance.

• Implement bank policies and procedures in accordance with SBP guidelines and regulations.

• Drive business growth and lead branch staff performance and productivity.
