Idara-e-Taleem-o-Aagahi (ITA) is a leading non-profit organization dedicated to promoting education and lifelong learning. The organization is seeking a passionate and experienced professional to join its team as an Advocacy and Communication Associate.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Social Sciences, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.

• Minimum 1–2 years of relevant work experience, including communications, advocacy, or content development.

• Strong written English skills and the ability to write clearly for different audiences.

• Ability to conduct basic research and literature reviews.

• Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

• Familiarity with design tools such as Canva and Adobe Suite will be an advantage.

• Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft content for newsletters, briefs, social media posts, and other communication materials.

• Support the design and development of infographics and other visual communication products.

• Conduct basic research and literature reviews to support advocacy content.

• Assist in preparing case studies, success stories, and advocacy briefs.

• Coordinate with ITA's design and project teams on advocacy-related materials.

• Support advocacy events, meetings, and stakeholder engagement activities.

• Perform other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
