Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Commerce from a reputable institution.
• MBA will be preferred (subject to approval).

Experience

• Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the branch team to achieve financial and service-level objectives.
• Drive acquisition of loans and deposits while operating within the assigned budget.
• Manage the branch as a revenue center and work toward achieving self-funding status.
• Oversee all operational and administrative functions of the branch.
• Act as a Credit Officer and arrange loan approvals.
• Ensure timely opening and closing of the branch and smooth daily operations.
• Organize branch workflow and ensure effective utilization of staff and resources.
• Manage collection and recovery activities while controlling delinquencies and losses.
• Ensure financial transactions are processed efficiently and with integrity.
• Plan and manage branch cash requirements effectively.
• Arrange training and develop the professional and leadership capabilities of branch staff.
• Conduct regular self-assessments and prepare the branch for internal, external, and SBP audits.
• Maintain the bank’s reputation, system integrity, and financial reconciliation standards.
