Job Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly deposit targets, including NTBs/ETBs, with a focus on CASA.
• Achieve assigned cross-functional targets.
• Improve customer service TATs through prompt handling of complaints and enquiries.
• Ensure branch efficiency through effective processes and improvements in QA, FTC and audit categories.
• Implement bank policies and procedures in accordance with SBP guidelines and PRs.
• Drive business growth and provide leadership for branch staff performance and productivity.

Eligibility Criteria

• Qualification: Minimum Bachelor’s degree or equivalent from an HEC-recognized local/foreign university.
• Experience: 4–7 years of banking experience. Relevant experience will be preferred.
• Age: Up to 55 years as of the date of application.
