Job Summary

The Bank of Punjab is seeking an experienced, dedicated, and performance-driven professional for the position of Trade Sales Manager in its Consumer Banking Group.

The selected candidate will be responsible for driving trade sales, developing new customer relationships, managing existing portfolios, achieving business targets, and ensuring compliance with banking regulations and internal policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive Trade Sales through effective business development and sales activities.
• Achieve assigned Trade Business and Income targets.
• Onboard new-to-bank customers and strengthen existing relationships.
• Identify opportunities to grow non-funded business.
• Provide financial solutions and advice to existing and prospective clients.
• Generate business leads and cross-sell relevant banking products.
• Conduct regular customer visits and maintain business call reports.
• Ensure compliance with BOP procedures and State Bank of Pakistan regulations.
• Conduct proper customer due diligence before offering products and services.
• Ensure fair and equal treatment of all customers.
• Maintain confidentiality and secrecy of customer information.
• Keep the customer portfolio fully regularized.
• Attend required product, policy, and procedure training.
• Communicate trade-related regulatory updates to relevant teams.
• Share product terms and conditions updates with customers.
• Prepare and disseminate Trade MIS reports showing actual performance against targets.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to resolve trade-related issues.
• Monitor and expedite business pipelines for timely execution.
• Conduct marketing and business development activities to achieve targets.
• Ensure professional servicing of customer trade transaction requirements.
• Ensure trade customer onboarding according to SBP framework and BOP policies.

Eligibility Criteria

Qualification:
Minimum Bachelor's degree or equivalent from an HEC-recognized local or foreign university.

Experience:
Minimum 4–7 years of banking experience. Relevant experience will be preferred.

Age Limit:
Up to 55 years as of the application date.
