🎯 Job Responsibilities

• Execute customer acquisition activities to build a strong deposit portfolio and achieve liability growth and cross-selling targets.
• Develop and maintain CASA / Term Deposit (TD) customer portfolios.
• Achieve assigned deposit targets on weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual bases.
• Build a retail deposit marketing team through freelancers and brand ambassadors.
• Maintain the targeted portfolio mix between CASA and Term Deposits.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
• Ensure deposit mobilization and NTB (New-to-Bank) account opening targets are achieved on a daily basis.
• Identify opportunities to cross-sell and upsell banking products and services.
• Understand customer needs and coordinate with relevant branch teams to provide suitable solutions.
• Monitor competitors and take proactive measures to retain MMBL customers.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve complaints professionally.
• Ensure all activities comply with bank policies, procedures, and strategies.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the Line Manager.

🎓 Eligibility Criteria

• Bachelor's degree from a reputable institution in Business Administration, Commerce, Accounting, Marketing, Economics, Finance, or an equivalent field.
• Good understanding of deposit products and their operations.
• Knowledge of CASA and its fundamentals for achieving deposit growth.
• Preferably 1 year of relevant experience in sales, management, operations, retail/consumer banking, or a related industry.
