Job Description

The Section Executive – Ladies Undergarments will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the section, ensuring proper product display, stock availability, and effective visual merchandising.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily operations of the Ladies Undergarments section.
• Maintain attractive product displays and visual merchandising standards.
• Assist customers with product selection and sizing guidance.
• Provide excellent customer service and handle customer queries, complaints, and returns professionally.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure stock availability.
• Coordinate with the warehouse for timely stock replenishment.
• Maintain accurate stock records and inventory levels.
• Support achievement of section sales targets.
• Ensure a clean, organized, and customer-friendly section.
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced retail environment.
