Job Description

The Relationship Officer Asset will be responsible for achieving sales and business growth targets by developing strong customer relationships and promoting the bank’s loan and financial products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Achieve assigned sales and loan disbursement targets.
• Identify new business opportunities and potential customers.
• Evaluate customer profiles using the Five Cs of Credit.
• Conduct physical verification of prospective clients.
• Explain product terms, conditions, and requirements to customers.
• Ensure timely loan repayments and proactive collection follow-up.
• Conduct loan booking in accordance with bank policies and SOPs.
• Prepare weekly field activity plans and report progress.
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
• Maintain excellent customer service and minimize customer complaints.
• Safeguard customer documents and confidential information.
• Report suspected fraud or potential losses to the relevant management.
• Ensure compliance with bank policies, SBP regulations, internal controls, and ethical standards.
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from a reputable institution.
• MBA will be preferred.
• Fresh graduates or candidates with 0–1 year of relevant experience may apply.
• Strong communication, persuasion, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Willingness to work in a field-oriented sales environment.
