Job Description

• Manage and organize customer deliveries in the correct quantity and according to required specifications.
• Count, sort, and weigh incoming goods to verify receipts against delivery notices.
• Monitor orders and stock availability and ensure timely, efficient deliveries and smooth customer service.
• Coordinate effectively with Operations, Store Management, Head Office, Buyers, Field Sales, and Delivery Teams.
• Verify daily fuel costs, transactions, and related documentation.
• Maintain the Cash Ledger accurately.
• Monitor inventory and conduct regular physical counts and cross-checks to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Collect and review customer feedback periodically.
• Coordinate with Head Office regarding fuel expenses, KPIs, fixed costs, third-party vehicle expenses, and other related matters.

Education: Graduation
