Qualification

• Basic mathematical and cash-handling skills.

• Basic knowledge of POS systems is an advantage.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.

Experience

Key Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases accurately through the POS system.
• Handle cash, credit/debit cards, and digital payments.
• Ensure accurate billing and provide receipts.
• Maintain proper cash-handling procedures and safeguard company assets.
• Provide excellent customer service and assist with customer inquiries.
• Verify prices, discounts, and promotional offers.
• Report cash discrepancies, system issues, or suspicious transactions to the supervisor.
• Keep the checkout counter clean and organized.
• Assist with opening and closing cash registers when required.
• Follow company policies, operational procedures, and customer service standards.
