Job Description

• Monitor civil engineering activities across multiple project sites.
• Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, consultants, contractors, and clients.
• Review civil drawings, BOQs, technical specifications, and method statements.
• Monitor project progress against approved schedules and milestones.
• Verify site surveys, layouts, and construction methodologies.
• Ensure quality of contractor work and compliance with project specifications.
• Assist in technical evaluation of contractor submissions, material approvals, and change requests.
• Monitor project risks, issues, and mitigation plans.
• Prepare progress reports, dashboards, and management presentations.
• Coordinate inspections, testing, and commissioning of civil works.
• Review measurement books, contractor invoices, and completion certificates.
• Ensure compliance with HSE and quality requirements.
• Maintain project documentation, drawings, and technical records.
• Participate in project meetings and follow up on action items.
• Assist in resolving technical issues affecting project delivery.
• Support project close-out, as-built documentation, and handover activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (BE/BSc) in Civil Engineering from a recognized university preferred.
• DAE (Civil) candidates may also apply.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to prepare BOQs, quantity estimates, and progress reports.
• Understanding of QA/QC procedures, HSE standards, and construction specifications.
• Knowledge of contract administration and project documentation.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Project and/or Primavera P6 is preferred.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD is preferred.
• Experience with Civil 3D or BIM tools will be an advantage.
