Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily mall operations and ensure a safe, clean environment.
• Conduct floor walks and outlet inspections for policy compliance.
• Monitor cleanliness, foot traffic, parking, and customer movement.
• Manage inspection checklists and follow up on observations.
• Supervise floor staff and ensure operational coverage.
• Handle emergencies and operational issues, escalating when required.
• Coordinate with Security, Housekeeping, and Maintenance teams.
• Maintain operational records and provide updates to the Operations Manager.

Eligibility & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Hospitality, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Relevant diploma/certification in Facilities Management, Operations, Health & Safety, or Mall Management is an added advantage.
• Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
