Job Overview

Hoechst Pakistan Limited is seeking a qualified and experienced Medical Manager to drive medical and clinical strategies for respective products and support brand planning, KOL engagement, medical information, and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive medical/clinical strategy for respective products.
• Lead implementation of the Medical Brand Plan, including gap analysis.
• Develop and engage Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).
• Collaborate with Marketing and other relevant functions.
• Support business development of commercial teams.
• Focus on training and development of commercial teams.
• Facilitate proactive medical information for internal and external customers.
• Manage advocacy groups and medical societies aligned with brand strategy.

Qualification

• MBBS / BDS

Experience

• 4–5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry
• Experience in Gynae portfolio is preferred.

Preferred Knowledge, Skills & Behaviors

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Effective analytical and computing skills with business acumen.
• Comprehensive knowledge of MS Office.
• Strong medical/pharmaceutical knowledge.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and healthcare stakeholders.
