About the Organization

Idara-e-Taleem-o-Aagahi (ITA) is a leading non-profit organization working in the education sector since 2000, dedicated to promoting education and lifelong learning.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Publishing, Marketing, Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field
• Master's degree preferred

Experience

• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant professional experience
• Experience in book publishing, children's book development, or educational content production
• Demonstrated experience in marketing, promotion, or outreach

Key Skills & Competencies

• Strong understanding of Pakistan's local publishing industry and children's literature
• Experience with the complete publishing process, including:
  • Manuscript development
  • Design
  • Pre-press
  • Printing
  • Distribution
• Ability to plan and execute outreach, promotional, and audience-building campaigns
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Knowledge of design software such as Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator preferred
• Familiarity with social media and basic digital marketing tools is an advantage
• Strong communication, coordination, negotiation, and documentation skills
• Good command of English and Urdu
