• Fresh graduates with Bachelor’s in Pre-Medical or Pharm-D may also apply.

💼 Experience

• 2–3 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales preferred.
• Experience in hospitals, hospitals-based selling, and ICU/critical-care settings is preferred.

🧠 Key Skills & Requirements

• Effective product promotion and selling to doctors.
• Achievement of assigned sales targets within the defined territory/time frame.
• Implementation of marketing strategies and achievement of ROI.
• Strong relationship-building skills with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).
• Good product/disease knowledge and selling skills.
• Strong interpersonal and creative skills.
• Fluent written and verbal communication in Urdu and English.
• Ability to develop Opinion Leaders as advocates/speakers for the company.
• Strong planning and organizational skills, including seminars, symposia, round-table meetings, etc.
• Willingness to travel extensively.
