Job Responsibilities

• Prepare computer labs, systems, software, and equipment for classes and practical sessions.
• Maintain a clean, organized, safe, and fully functional laboratory environment.
• Assist trainers and students during practical sessions, assessments, exercises, and catch-up sessions.
• Provide first-level technical troubleshooting and escalate unresolved issues when required.
• Maintain lab discipline, equipment records, usage logs, and basic inventory.
• Support student projects, boot camps, practical activities, and academic events.
• Ensure proper handling and use of laboratory equipment and resources.

Eligibility

Candidates with a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology and 1–2 years of relevant experience are encouraged to apply.
