Job Description

The Bank of Punjab (BOP) is seeking an experienced, dedicated, and performance-driven professional for the position of Senior Manager – Open Banking & Channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute the strategic roadmap for Open Banking and digital channels, including WhatsApp Banking, Mobile & Internet Banking, and third-party platforms.
• Research emerging fintech trends and support the development of innovative digital products and solutions.
• Collaborate with fintech companies and financial institutions to develop personalized financial products.
• Enable PSP and digital partnerships to introduce diversified use cases across the bank's digital ecosystem.
• Lead end-to-end project planning, monitor milestones, and ensure timely project completion.
• Ensure project deliverables meet business requirements.
• Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, regulators, agencies, and domestic/international service providers.
• Oversee project delivery through effective planning, coordination, and resource allocation.
• Manage and track BRDs and Change Requests (CRs) related to projects.
• Ensure all required project documentation is properly maintained.
• Perform additional assignments as directed by the supervisor.

Eligibility Criteria

Education:

• Minimum Bachelor's degree or equivalent from an HEC-recognized local or foreign university.

Experience:

• Minimum 7 years of banking/non-banking experience.
• Relevant experience will be preferred.

Age Limit:

• Up to 55 years as of the date of application.
