🎯 Job Responsibilities

• Conduct compliance reviews, process reviews, and ICFR control testing at branches and management functions, including Treasury, Trade, and Home Remittances.
• Perform off-site reviews of branches and processes according to the approved plan.
• Complete assigned reviews within timelines while maintaining quality and delivering value-added outcomes.
• Maintain complete records, including populations/samples where applicable, for reviews conducted.
• Assist branches/functions with on-the-spot rectification and corrective actions.
• Conduct closing meetings regarding deviations and discrepancies identified during reviews.
• Prepare review reports for submission to the Senior Manager/Unit Head.
• Develop and enhance knowledge of operational processes, policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Provide guidance and training to staff during branch reviews when required.

🎓 Eligibility Criteria

Qualification:
Minimum Bachelor’s degree or equivalent from an HEC-recognized local or foreign university.

Experience:

• 4–7 years of banking experience.
• At least 2 years of experience in Compliance Reviews, Audit Functions, or Internal Controls Testing.
• Team leadership experience will be an added advantage.

Age Limit:
Up to 55 years as of the application date.
