Job Responsibilities

The selected candidates will be responsible for:

• Achieving monthly CASA and total deposit targets for the assigned area.

• Increasing deposits and account openings by developing relationships with high-net-worth individuals and corporate customers.

• Strengthening relationships with existing customers and identifying opportunities to expand banking business.

• Identifying potential customers and introducing them to the bank's products and services.

• Monitoring branch staff performance and ensuring achievement of individual business targets.

• Meeting business key performance indicators (KPIs) in accordance with the balanced scorecard.

• Improving branch efficiency by establishing effective workflows and enhancing quality assurance audit ratings.

• Ensuring compliance with operational risk management policies and procedures.

• Improving customer service quality and streamlining existing banking processes.

Eligibility Criteria

Education:

• Minimum Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification from an HEC-recognized local or foreign university.

Experience:

• Minimum 7–9 years of professional experience.

• Preference will be given to candidates with at least 5 years of relevant banking experience.

Age Limit:

• Maximum 55 years as of the application date.
