Job Description

MCB Islamic Bank is hiring an Officer Phone Banking – Pakistan Sign Language for its Lahore location. The position is suitable for candidates with strong communication and customer service skills, particularly those with expertise in sign language.

Education Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree.

• Preference will be given to candidates with a Bachelor’s Degree in Special Education and sign language expertise.

• Candidates with a Bachelor’s Degree who are SODA/CODA interpreters are encouraged to apply.

Experience & Competencies

• Excellent customer service skills and a customer-focused approach.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure.

• Basic computer skills and familiarity with banking systems are preferred.

• Previous customer service experience is an advantage.
