Job Description

Alkhidmat Foundation Pakistan is seeking an experienced Graphic Designing Trainer for its Bano Qabil Institute in Lahore. The selected candidate will be responsible for delivering practical graphic design training, mentoring students, and helping them develop professional design skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Teach graphic design fundamentals, including typography, color theory, layout, composition, and visual hierarchy.

• Train students in branding, print design, social media graphics, packaging, basic UI design, and AI-assisted design tools.

• Conduct hands-on, project-based training sessions and prepare learning materials, demonstrations, assignments, and practical assessments.

• Guide students in building professional portfolios and completing real-world and capstone projects using platforms such as Behance and Dribbble.

• Mentor students on freelancing platforms, including Upwork and Fiverr, as well as LinkedIn, client communication, proposals, pricing, and remote-work opportunities.

• Monitor student attendance, performance, skill development, and LMS records.

• Contribute to curriculum improvement and maintain professional training standards.
