Bestway Cement Limited is seeking motivated and talented candidates for the position of Management Trainee Officer – Sales. The selected candidates will receive practical training and experience in the Sales & Dispatch Department, gaining exposure to corporate culture, business operations, and sales processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand the organization's corporate culture, policies, rules, and regulations.

• Assist with departmental assignments and complete tasks assigned by the line manager.

• Prepare presentations, reports, and other business documents.

• Suggest innovative ideas to improve systems and processes.

• Gain hands-on experience through practical training.

• Attend training sessions and actively participate in learning activities.

• Perform additional duties and assignments as directed by management.

• BBA (Marketing), MBA, or a degree in another relevant business discipline.

• Minimum CGPA of 3.00.
