Job Description

The VM Officer Gents will be responsible for maintaining attractive product displays and ensuring that store visuals follow brand guidelines. The role involves product presentation, seasonal campaign setups, floor audits, and coordination with relevant teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Display Execution: Set up and maintain product displays, mannequins, promotional stands, and window visuals according to brand guidelines.

• Space & Color Management: Arrange products using effective color coordination, proper spacing, and approved store layout plans.

• Campaign & Seasonal Rollouts: Support new product launches, seasonal displays, Eid promotions, clearance sales, and other marketing campaigns.

• Floor Audits: Regularly inspect sales floors, correct display gaps, adjust lighting, and maintain fixtures and display props.

• Team Collaboration: Coordinate with Store Operations, Marketing, and Buying/Merchandising teams to align displays with stock availability and marketing themes.

• Reporting & Feedback: Monitor display performance, report stock or layout issues, and share competitor insights with management.

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum qualification: Matriculation.

• Required experience: 1–2 years in a relevant field.

• Candidates should have an understanding of visual merchandising, product presentation, and store display standards.
