BOP invites experienced, dedicated, and performance-driven professionals to apply for the position of Senior Manager QA & Analytics in its Fraud Risk Management Division under the Compliance & Control Group.

Job Description & Responsibilities

The selected candidate will be responsible for:

• Developing and implementing quality assurance policies and procedures for Fraud Risk Management Division activities.

• Monitoring the effectiveness of fraud detection operations, including 24/7 digital fraud monitoring and fraud vigilance.

• Evaluating fraud monitoring rules, identifying weaknesses, and recommending improvements.

• Preparing review summaries and performance reports highlighting fraud trends, associated risks, and improvement opportunities.

• Conducting training sessions to improve team knowledge of fraud prevention practices and emerging fraud trends.

• Coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, regulatory authorities, and industry partners on fraud-related matters.

• Supervising the development of management dashboards, Management Information System (MIS) reports, and performance analytics.

• Ensuring accurate and timely submission of regulatory and BAC/BOD reports related to fraud, forgery, and dacoity.

• Presenting periodic updates on digital fraud risks, financial losses, and the effectiveness of fraud controls to senior management.

• Reviewing banking products, services, delivery channels, processes, SOPs, and digital initiatives to identify potential fraud vulnerabilities.

• Recommending preventive and detective controls to minimize digital fraud risks.

• Coordinating with Internal Audit Group (IAG) and State Bank of Pakistan (SBP) inspection teams for fraud-related audits and reviews.

• Ensuring the implementation of audit recommendations and compliance with relevant findings from fraud investigation reports.

Eligibility Criteria

Qualification:

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree from an HEC-recognized university or a foreign university.

Experience:

• 7 to 9 years of relevant banking experience.

Age Limit:

• Maximum 55 years as of the date of application.

Required Profile:

• Strong understanding of fraud risk management and quality assurance.

• Knowledge of digital fraud monitoring, risk assessment, and internal controls.

• Ability to prepare management reports, dashboards, and analytical summaries.

• Strong communication, coordination, and team leadership skills.
