Job Overview

Mobilink Microfinance Bank Limited (MMBL) is seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual for the position of Relationship Officer Asset at its Khanpur Branch. The selected candidate will be responsible for promoting loan products, building strong customer relationships, achieving sales targets, and ensuring timely loan repayments while following the bank's policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement sales and service plans to achieve assigned business targets.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.

• Promote and sell the bank's loan products and financial services.

• Identify new business opportunities and explore potential markets.

• Assess customer profiles and creditworthiness using the Five Cs of Credit.

• Explain loan products, terms, and conditions to customers.

• Conduct physical verification of prospective clients.

• Ensure timely loan repayments and follow up on outstanding installments.

• Follow the bank's policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and ethical standards.

• Prepare weekly field activity plans and report progress to the line manager.

• Conduct regular customer meetings according to product requirements.

• Handle customer documents securely and prevent misuse.

• Guide customers to deposit loan repayments through the designated cash counter.

• Maintain high customer service standards and address customer concerns.

• Monitor market trends and recommend opportunities for business growth.

• Report suspected fraud, irregularities, or potential financial losses to the relevant manager.

• Ensure compliance with State Bank of Pakistan (SBP) regulations and internal control standards.

Eligibility Criteria

Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree from a reputable institution.

• MBA will be preferred.

Experience:

• Preferably 0–1 year of experience in a related field.

Required Skills:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Customer relationship management.

• Sales, marketing, and negotiation skills.

• Ability to achieve targets and identify business opportunities.

• Basic understanding of loan products and credit assessment.

• Strong ethical standards and attention to detail.
