Job Description

Idara-e-Taleem-o-Aagahi (ITA), a leading non-profit organization working to promote education and lifelong learning in Pakistan, is seeking an experienced and motivated professional for the position of Monitoring and Evaluation Manager.

The selected candidate will contribute to monitoring, evaluating, and improving education and development programmes through research, data analysis, assessments, and reporting.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum 5 years of experience in monitoring and evaluation.

• Experience in the education sector or broader development sector.

• Master's degree in a relevant field; candidates with a Bachelor's degree and strong professional experience may also apply.

• Strong quantitative and qualitative research skills.

• Proficiency in at least one tool from each of the following categories:

  • Data Analysis: Stata, R, SPSS, or Python.

  • Dashboards and Data Visualization: Power BI, Tableau, or Google Looker Studio.

  • Data Collection: KoboToolbox, ODK, SurveyCTO, or CommCare.

• Excellent English report-writing skills.

• Good spoken Urdu for fieldwork.

• Willingness to travel frequently, including to remote areas.

• Experience with large-scale learning assessments, such as ASER, or foundational learning programmes will be an advantage.

• Availability to join by October 31, 2026.
