Job Description

Idara-e-Taleem-o-Aagahi (ITA), a leading non-profit organization dedicated to promoting education and lifelong learning, is seeking an experienced and dynamic professional for the position of Senior Manager – Early Years & Foundational Learning.

The selected candidate will provide technical leadership for the Early Years & Foundational Learning (EYFL) portfolio, strengthening Early Childhood Care and Education (ECCE) and foundational learning from preschool to Grades 2–3. The role focuses on delivering high-quality, inclusive, play-based, and evidence-driven education programmes.

Qualifications & Experience

• Master's degree (minimum 16 years of education) in Early Childhood Education, Education, Curriculum & Instruction, Educational Leadership, Social Sciences, or a related field.

• Higher qualifications will be an added advantage.

• Minimum 5–8 years of progressively responsible experience in Early Childhood Care and Education (ECCE), foundational learning, teacher professional development, curriculum design, and education programme management.

• Experience working with government education departments, development partners, and donor-funded education programmes.

• Strong knowledge of play-based pedagogy, teacher professional development, learning assessments, education policy, and programme quality assurance.

• Excellent leadership, communication, facilitation, analytical, report-writing, and stakeholder-management skills.

• Willingness to travel extensively across Pakistan as required.
