Job Purpose

The selected candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end telecom and non-telecom technical activities within the geographical boundaries of the assigned grid(s), ensuring network availability, operational efficiency, and compliance with performance standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure network availability and manage network operations within the allocated budget.

• Monitor network utilization and manage matters related to Managed Services (MS).

• Lead field teams to resolve technical issues and improve key performance indicators (KPIs).

• Monitor grid performance and evaluate activities performed by field teams.

• Ensure compliance with network performance standards and KPIs.

• Ensure timely preventive and corrective maintenance of access networks and generators (gensets).

• Manage grid operations within the allocated operating expenditure (OPEX) budget.

• Optimize operational costs, including electricity consumption and diesel generator (DG) fuel expenses.

• Coordinate resources, including cluster owners, riggers, and fueling teams.

• Support the development of team members' technical capabilities and competencies.

Eligibility Criteria

Education

• Preferably a bachelor's degree in BE/BS Telecom, Electrical, or Electronics Engineering.

Work Experience

• Preferably 2–3 years of relevant professional experience.

Required Skills – General

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Self-motivated and confident.

• Effective time and stress management.

Required Skills – Technical

• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly database management.

• Strong technical knowledge of network operations and related operational matters.
