Idara-e-Taleem-o-Aagahi (ITA) is a leading non-profit organization dedicated to promoting education and lifelong learning in Pakistan. The organization is seeking a passionate and experienced professional to join its team as a Monitoring, Evaluation & Learning (MEL) Officer.

Required Qualification and Experience

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Social Sciences, Public Health, Development Studies, Statistics, or a related field.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in monitoring and evaluation (M&E) roles, preferably in menstrual health, sexual and reproductive health rights (SRHR), or gender-focused projects.

• Strong command of qualitative and quantitative research methods and data analysis tools.

• Demonstrated experience in report writing and donor reporting.

• Knowledge of feminist principles, gender equality, and youth engagement approaches will be an advantage.

• Excellent communication, facilitation, and training skills.
