Job Overview

National Foods Limited is seeking a skilled and results-oriented Territory Sales Manager for Chishtian. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing the assigned territory, coordinating with distributors and order bookers, achieving sales targets, and implementing effective sales strategies to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Set monthly sales targets based on units and sales value for assigned territories.

• Assign daily targets to order bookers and ensure effective market coverage.

• Prepare sales reports and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).

• Supervise order bookers, track their performance, and ensure product knowledge.

• Conduct regular market visits to assess sales productivity, customer needs, and market trends.

• Ensure the implementation of trade marketing activities across assigned outlets.

• Develop productive journey plans (PJPs) and improve route-to-market (RTM) effectiveness.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors.

• Forecast sales, manage budgets, and optimize revenue while controlling costs.

• Develop sales strategies to achieve business objectives and maximize returns.
