Job Description

Mobilink Microfinance Bank Limited (MMBL) is seeking a qualified and motivated professional for the position of Associate Digital Payments – DFS at its Head Office. The successful candidate will support digital financial services, liquidity management, payment processing, financial reconciliation, and transaction reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage agent liquidity solutions, including fund inflows and outflows, bulk disbursements, commissions, and reimbursements.

• Coordinate JazzCash fund replenishment for MMBL branches and PMCL Contact Centre operations.

• Ensure accurate financial postings related to deposits, credits, receivables, payables, taxes, and FED.

• Maintain management information system (MIS) reports and transaction records for periodic reporting.

• Monitor daily fund balances in correspondent banks and coordinate with Finance and Treasury departments.

• Ensure compliance with bank policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and State Bank of Pakistan (SBP) regulations.

• Support internal and external stakeholders in liquidity management to ensure uninterrupted JazzCash services.

• Ensure fund availability for debit authorities, agent cash disbursements, and other financial transactions within the required turnaround time (TAT).

• Monitor intraday liquidity requirements and real-time cash positions at agent banks.

• Replenish internal accounts associated with services such as Nano Loans and B2B transactions.

• Resolve complaints related to digital financial services (DFS), reversals, recoveries, and pending transactions.

• Reconcile and balance CPS and T-24 settlement accounts on a daily basis.

• Coordinate with MMBL branches, Finance, DFS teams, and correspondent bank representatives.

• Process franchise credit postings, maturity settlements, commission payments, and refundable tax disbursements.

• Maintain accurate financial documentation and records for audit purposes.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for transaction processing and data reporting.

• Perform additional duties assigned by the line manager.

Eligibility Criteria

Education: Candidates must hold one of the following qualifications:

• Intermediate in Commerce (I.Com)

• Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com)

• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)

• Master of Business Administration (MBA)

• Master of Commerce (M.Com)

Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of relevant professional experience.

Required Knowledge and Skills

• Understanding of financial systems and general ledger (GL) postings.

• Knowledge of payment processing, reconciliation, and settlement procedures.

• Familiarity with liquidity and cash management operations.

• Ability to maintain financial records and prepare MIS reports.

• Knowledge of banking regulations, internal controls, and compliance procedures.

• Strong coordination, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
