Experience: 0–2 years (Fresh graduates may also apply)

Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, or a related field.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor daily mall operations to ensure a clean, safe, and customer-friendly environment.

• Conduct floor inspections and report housekeeping, maintenance, safety, and operational issues.

• Ensure cleanliness and hygiene of restrooms, common areas, and retail outlets.

• Maintain inspection checklists and follow up on pending issues.

• Monitor customer flow, parking areas, and high-traffic zones.

• Coordinate with mall staff and support teams to ensure smooth operations.

• Handle customer queries and complaints, escalating issues when necessary.

• Maintain daily operational records and reports.

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Word and Excel.

• Strong communication and coordination skills.

• Relevant certifications in Facilities Management, Operations, Hospitality, or Health & Safety are an advantage.

• Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
