• Willingness to travel regularly to target districts

Key Responsibilities

• Design and facilitate teacher training programmes.

• Support academic programme management in the education and development sector.

• Apply effective literacy and numeracy teaching methodologies.

• Use assessment frameworks such as ASER or similar tools.

• Support teacher development through effective training and adult learning practices.

• Undertake regular field visits to target districts.
