• Monitor near-expiry products and ensure timely stock rotation.

• Implement stock destruction procedures to prevent expired products from entering the market.

• Conduct distributor performance reviews and recommend improvements.

• Maintain market hygiene and ensure compliance with company policies.

• Identify opportunities to expand sales coverage in new and existing territories.
