Job Description

Mobilink Microfinance Bank Limited (MMBL) is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Relationship Officer Asset to support its Business Banking Department at the Rahim Yar Khan Branch. The selected candidate will be responsible for promoting loan products, developing customer relationships, achieving sales targets, and ensuring compliance with the bank's policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement approved sales and service plans to achieve business growth targets in coordination with the Branch Manager or Relationship Manager.

• Promote and sell the bank's financial products by establishing and maintaining strong customer relationships.

• Achieve assigned sales targets while following the bank's standard operating procedures (SOPs), ethical standards, and professional practices.

• Ensure genuine loan sales and avoid unauthorized or improper lending practices.

• Identify potential customers and new business opportunities through market research and customer assessments.

• Evaluate customer profiles using the Five Cs of Credit.

• Clearly communicate product features, terms, and conditions to customers.

• Conduct physical verification of prospective clients to assess their eligibility and suitability.

• Monitor loan repayments, follow up with customers, and support timely loan recovery in accordance with bank policies.

• Handle customers' legal documents carefully to prevent misuse or unauthorized access.

• Guide customers to deposit loan repayments through the bank's designated cash counter.

• Avoid handling customer cash while performing relationship officer duties, except where permitted under the bank's collection procedures.

• Prepare weekly field activity plans in consultation with the line manager and report any deviations.

• Conduct customer meetings according to the bank's product requirements.

• Process and book loans in compliance with the bank's policies, procedures, and ethical standards.

• Maintain updated knowledge of the bank's products and services and recommend improvements based on customer feedback.

• Assess existing markets and identify new sales opportunities in consultation with the line manager.

• Maintain high service standards and ensure fair treatment of customers.

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers.

• Report suspected fraud, potential financial losses, or suspicious activities to the relevant manager.

• Ensure compliance with bank policies, product SOPs, State Bank of Pakistan regulations, and internal control requirements.

Eligibility Criteria

Education:

• Bachelor's degree from a reputable institution.

• MBA will be preferred.

Experience:

• Preferably 0–1 year of relevant experience.

• Sales, marketing, and target achievement.
