Job Description

Unilever is hiring a Procurement Partner – Home Care to support sourcing and procurement activities, supplier management, contract negotiations, and supply chain efficiency. The successful candidate will collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure quality, cost-effectiveness, regulatory compliance, and reliable supply chain operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate, and select suppliers based on safety, quality, capacity, capability, and cost-effectiveness.

• Conduct supplier assessments and ensure compliance with quality and regulatory standards.

• Negotiate pricing, contracts, and agreements with suppliers and manufacturing partners.

• Build and maintain strong supplier relationships.

• Coordinate with production, logistics, quality assurance, and regulatory teams.

• Monitor inventory levels and support efficient supply chain operations.

• Identify supply chain risks and develop strategies to minimize disruptions.

• Analyze supplier performance, costs, and procurement data.

• Prepare reports and recommend improvements.

• Identify opportunities to reduce costs, streamline processes, and improve operational efficiency.

Eligibility Criteria

Education:

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in Engineering.

Experience:

• Proven experience in procurement, low-value sourcing, supply chain management, or vendor management.

• Experience in manufacturing or the consumer goods industry is preferred.

Required Skills:

• Strong negotiation and communication skills.

• Supplier relationship and vendor management.

• Knowledge of manufacturing processes, safety, and quality assurance.

• Understanding of regulatory compliance and industry standards.

• Analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.

• Attention to detail and a proactive approach.

• Willingness to travel for supplier visits, audits, and meetings when required.

• Reporting to: Local Procurement Partner – CAPEX, MRO.
