BOP is inviting applications from experienced, dedicated, and performance-driven professionals to join its Employee Banking & Cash Management Sales Division under the Consumer Banking Group.

Job Responsibilities

• Generate business leads in coordination with different business divisions.

• Develop new business opportunities for Employee Banking and Cash Management services.

• Visit retail, SME, commercial, and corporate clients to promote banking solutions.

• Acquire new clients and strengthen existing business relationships.

• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable banking products and account services.

• Ensure smooth client onboarding and maintain high customer satisfaction.

• Monitor client portfolio performance and prepare periodic reports.

• Manage customer relationships to improve retention and satisfaction.

• Develop customized banking solutions using BOP’s product portfolio.

• Coordinate pricing, deal structuring, and necessary approvals.

• Support product development by sharing market feedback and identifying new opportunities.

• Ensure timely execution of Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

• Cross-sell consumer banking products, credit cards, and other financial services.

• Ensure compliance with State Bank of Pakistan (SBP) regulations, bank policies, standard operating procedures, and other applicable requirements.

Eligibility Criteria

Qualification:

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree from an HEC-recognized local or foreign university.

• Preference will be given to candidates holding a Master’s degree.

Experience:

• Minimum 7 years of banking or non-banking experience.

• Candidates with relevant experience will be preferred.

Age Limit:

• Maximum 55 years as of the date of application.
