Job Description

Unilever Pakistan is inviting applications for the position of JM Operations – Home Care at its CM Factory in Karachi. This opportunity is ideal for engineering graduates interested in manufacturing operations, supply chain improvement, process optimization, and automation projects.

The selected candidate will contribute to improving factory efficiency, optimizing costs, and strengthening manufacturing performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across various factory functions.

• Explore low-cost automation opportunities for manufacturing operations.

• Identify opportunities to improve factory utility consumption.

• Support the development of Home Care category manufacturing strategies across the end-to-end supply chain.

• Develop real-time monitoring and notification systems for manufacturing KPIs.

• Explore alternative fuel sources to optimize operational costs.

Eligibility Criteria

Education and Experience

• Fresh engineering graduates are welcome to apply.

• Candidates with at least 6 months of manufacturing environment experience will be preferred.

Required Skills

• Strong engineering fundamentals related to process equipment and parameters.
