Key Responsibilities

• Review and validate Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) reports and demand forecasts.

• Verify planning data and reconcile discrepancies to maintain accurate demand projections.

• Validate revenue, sales volumes, and tonnage across product categories and SKUs.

• Manage warehouse stock distribution according to sales targets and inventory requirements.

• Develop primary and secondary sales targets in line with annual operating plans and budgets.

• Monitor stock availability and provide timely inventory updates to field teams.

• Prepare annual and monthly trade offer plans based on approved budgets.

• Track trade expenditure against monthly and annual budgets.

• Coordinate with the Finance Department to review trade spending and budget variances.

• Organize seasonal planning meetings and coordinate activities across departments.

• Work with Area Business Managers (ABMs) to plan and execute consumer promotions.

• Monitor promotional activities and ensure compliance with commercial targets.

• Manage price increase implementation in SAP and Salesflo systems.

• Ensure Modern Trade compliance with pricing changes and minimize revenue losses.
