Job Overview

Mobilink Microfinance Bank is seeking a motivated and experienced professional for the position of Relationship Manager – Asset at its Sargodha Branch. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing customer relationships, promoting loan products, achieving business targets, supervising sales teams, and ensuring effective loan verification and recovery.

The role also involves managing the branch's asset portfolio, improving business performance, and ensuring compliance with bank policies and State Bank of Pakistan (SBP) regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement sales and service plans to achieve business growth and assigned targets.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.

• Promote and sell loan products according to bank policies and procedures.

• Identify new business opportunities through market research and customer assessments.

• Evaluate customer profiles, income, and repayment capacity using the Five Cs of Credit.

• Ensure proper customer verification before loan approval and disbursement.

• Monitor loan repayments and maintain effective recovery and collection practices.

• Manage the branch's loan portfolio while minimizing default risks.

• Supervise, guide, train, and motivate Relationship Officers – Asset Sales.

• Ensure the achievement of monthly sales targets, KPIs, and business objectives.

• Prepare sales strategies based on market demand and business potential.

• Coordinate with the operations team to ensure timely loan disbursement.

• Ensure compliance with bank policies, internal controls, and SBP regulations.

• Maintain the confidentiality and security of customers' legal documents.

• Ensure fair customer treatment and maintain high service standards.

• Identify and report suspected fraud or potential financial losses to management.

• Organize customer meetings and review product knowledge and service quality.

• Manage team resources effectively to improve productivity and employee retention.

• Support cross-selling initiatives and develop long-term customer relationships.

Eligibility Criteria

Education:

• Bachelor's degree from a reputable institution.

• MBA degree will be preferred.

Experience:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in the microfinance industry.
