Al Baraka Bank is seeking a qualified and experienced professional for the position of Product Manager – Transaction Banking & Employee Banking (EB) in Karachi. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and enhancing cash management and employee banking products, driving product innovation, and supporting digital transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and enhance Cash Management and Employee Banking products.

• Drive product development, innovation, and digital transformation initiatives.

• Develop solutions for Collections, Payments, Payroll, and Corporate Digital Banking.

• Manage the complete product lifecycle, from gathering business requirements and conducting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to successful product launch.

• Identify market opportunities, enhance customer experience, and improve product competitiveness.

• Collaborate with Technology, Operations, Compliance, Legal, Shariah, and Business teams to ensure successful product implementation.
