Meezan Bank Limited is seeking a qualified and experienced professional for the position of Quality Assurance Analyst in its Service Quality Department in Karachi. The successful candidate will be responsible for evaluating customer interactions and operational processes, identifying service gaps, ensuring compliance with approved standards, and supporting continuous improvement in service quality.

Eligibility Criteria

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor's degree, preferably a Master's degree, from an HEC-recognized institute or university.

• A qualification in Islamic Finance will be an added advantage.

Experience

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Quality Assurance, Complaint Management, Operations, Compliance, or related areas.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct quality assurance reviews of customer interactions and operational processes to ensure compliance with approved standards and regulations.

• Identify service gaps, control weaknesses, and recurring customer issues to determine areas for improvement.

• Prepare quality assurance reports, dashboards, and management insights highlighting findings and service quality trends.

• Conduct thematic reviews and coordinate with relevant stakeholders to address identified gaps.

• Provide quality assurance analysis and support for management, audit, and regulatory requirements.

• Maintain confidentiality while handling customer information, reports, and other sensitive data.
