Job Description

The 3P Sales Associate will assist customers, promote footwear products, maintain inventory, and ensure a positive shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Service: Welcome customers, answer their questions, and help them find suitable footwear according to their needs.

• Sales and Promotion: Explain product features and benefits, recommend suitable products, encourage additional purchases, and inform customers about ongoing promotions.

• Stock Management: Receive and unpack new stock, replenish shelves, monitor inventory levels, and report missing items.

• Store Maintenance: Keep the sales floor, footwear displays, and product sections clean, organized, and attractive.

• Administrative Tasks: Maintain inventory records, record customer inquiries, and assist with daily closing and reporting procedures.
