Job Summary / Responsibilities

The Bank of Khyber is seeking an experienced professional for the position of Unit Head Employees Relation – HRDG. The selected candidate will oversee employee relations, ensure legal compliance, promote workplace fairness, and support employee well-being.

Key responsibilities include:

• Disciplinary Actions, Inquiry Management & Appeals: Oversee employee disciplinary procedures, inquiries, and appeals while ensuring fairness and compliance with applicable laws and policies.

• Grievance & Anti-Harassment Management: Manage employee grievances and workplace harassment matters, supporting a fair, transparent, and respectful work environment.

• Employee Well-being: Promote employee welfare and contribute to a positive organizational culture.

• HR Advisory & Coordination: Assist senior HR leadership with important employee relations matters and coordinate with employee grievance, disciplinary action, and workplace harassment committees.

• Legal & Policy Compliance: Ensure employee relations practices comply with applicable laws, regulations, and organizational policies.

Eligibility Criteria

Education:

• Minimum qualification: Graduation.

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Law, Business, Human Resources, or another relevant field from an HEC-recognized university or a reputable foreign university will be preferred.

Experience:

• 10–15 years of total professional experience.

• At least 3 years of experience in a similar or relevant role.
