Job Description

Mobilink Microfinance Bank Limited (MMBL) is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Relationship Officer Deposit to support deposit growth, customer acquisition, and relationship management at its F-8 Branch in Islamabad.

The selected candidate will be responsible for developing customer relationships, mobilizing deposits, achieving account-opening targets, promoting banking products, and ensuring excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Acquire new customers and maintain relationships with existing clients to increase deposits.

• Build and manage customer portfolios for Current Account and Savings Account (CASA) and Term Deposit (TD) products.

• Achieve weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual deposit targets.

• Recruit and coordinate with freelancers and brand ambassadors to support deposit mobilization.

• Maintain the required balance between CASA and Term Deposits.

• Promote deposit products and achieve new-to-bank (NTB) account-opening targets.

• Develop strong business relationships with potential customers.

• Identify opportunities to cross-sell and upsell banking products.

• Understand customer needs and coordinate with Relationship Managers and Branch Managers to resolve issues.

• Monitor competitors' activities and help retain existing customers.

• Ensure compliance with bank policies, procedures, and business strategies.

• Provide excellent customer service and resolve complaints professionally.

• Perform additional duties assigned by the line manager.

Eligibility Criteria

Education

- Bachelor's degree from a reputable institution in Business Administration, Commerce, Accounting, Marketing, Economics, Finance, or an equivalent field.

Experience

- Preferably at least 1 year of relevant experience in sales, management, or operations within retail banking, consumer banking, or another industry.

Required Skills and Knowledge

• Understanding of deposit banking products and their operations.

• Knowledge of CASA (Current Account and Savings Account) and its fundamentals.

• Customer relationship management and communication skills.

• Sales, customer acquisition, and deposit mobilization abilities.

• Target achievement and business development skills.
