Meezan Bank Limited is seeking qualified and experienced professionals for the position of Senior Branch Services Officer to supervise branch operations, ensure regulatory compliance, maintain service standards, and support the smooth execution of daily banking activities.

Eligibility Criteria

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor's degree from an HEC-recognized institute/university.

Experience

• Minimum 4 years of relevant banking experience.

• At least 1 year of experience in a supervisory role.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise cash, clearing, and remittance functions.

• Authorize non-financial transactions and activities after ensuring completeness and compliance with bank policies and applicable regulations.

• Ensure adherence to service standards and transaction turnaround times (TAT) prescribed by the bank.

• Coordinate with branches and Head Office regarding day-to-day operational matters.

• Supervise and prepare periodic State Bank of Pakistan (SBP) and Head Office returns for assigned functions.

• Act as a backup for the Operations Manager when required.

Skills Required

• Good written and verbal communication skills.

• Fair knowledge of Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Counter Financing of Terrorism (CFT) regulations.

• Strong supervisory and operational coordination skills.
