Job Summary

Bank of Khyber is seeking an experienced HR professional for the position of Unit Head – Organizational Development (HRDG) at its Head Office in Peshawar. The successful candidate will lead organizational development, HR governance, workforce planning, compensation and benefits, and performance management initiatives in line with banking regulations and organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead organizational development, HR governance, and policy frameworks in compliance with SBP regulations and applicable laws.

• Manage organizational structuring, workforce planning, workload assessments, and staffing requirements.

• Conduct salary surveys, market benchmarking, compensation analysis, and pay structure reviews.

• Develop and monitor executive scorecards, KPIs, and performance management frameworks.

• Lead succession planning and talent development pipelines for key leadership positions.

• Oversee performance management systems (PMS), appraisals, promotions, and merit-based salary reviews.

• Manage HR budgeting, workforce cost analysis, and resource planning.

• Coordinate Board and HRRC agendas, working papers, and presentations in accordance with governance requirements.

• Support senior management in organizational restructuring, transformation, and change management initiatives.

Eligibility Criteria

Education:

• Minimum qualification: Graduation.

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business, or another relevant field from an HEC-recognized university or a reputable foreign university will be preferred.

Experience:

• 10–15 years of progressive experience in Human Resources.

• Strong expertise in Organizational Development, HR Governance, and Compensation & Benefits.

• Commercial banking experience is strongly preferred.

• Sound knowledge of banking operations, SBP regulations, and corporate governance.

Preferred Skills:

• HR analytics and workforce planning.

• Compensation benchmarking and budgeting.

• Strategic thinking and decision-making.

• Stakeholder management.

• Board-level communication and presentation skills.
