Job Responsibilities

• Manage the complete procurement process for assets, consumables, and construction materials.

• Handle end-to-end tendering processes, including the preparation of tender documents.

• Obtain quotations, prepare comparative statements, and issue purchase orders according to procurement policies.

• Prepare contracts and upload tenders to PPRA and other procurement portals.

• Prepare Requests for Quotations (RFQs), Bills of Quantities (BOQs), and detailed specifications for goods, services, and construction requirements.

• Prepare periodic procurement reports for management review and performance evaluation.

Required Qualification and Experience

Candidates must hold a BBA, B.Sc., or M.Sc. Engineering degree and have at least 5 years of relevant professional experience.
