The selected candidate will help ensure the effective management of the residential facility while promoting the safety, discipline, personal development, and emotional well-being of resident children.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Administrator in the daily management and supervision of Aghosh Home.

• Ensure the safety, discipline, holistic care, and emotional well-being of all resident children.

• Supervise daily routines and ensure compliance with the approved timetable.

• Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation using MS Office.

• Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to support the smooth operation of the facility.

• Monitor students' behavior and maintain a safe, clean, and supportive environment.

• Manage inventory and ensure effective implementation of organizational policies and procedures.

Eligibility Criteria

• Graduation or an equivalent degree from a recognized institution.

• At least one year of relevant experience.

• Good communication, organizational, and record-keeping skills.

• Ability to supervise residents responsibly and maintain discipline.

• A caring, professional, and trustworthy attitude toward children's welfare.
